the breakfast had tons of choices, i loved that. i also appreciated the super friendly staff. the shower was probably the best i have ever experienced!

amazing breakfast great staff kind request
the breakfast offered an amazing array of choices. the staff were particularly great and accommodating. i found them very helpful with any request and they were genuinely kind. i felt they cared about their job and guest experience.
the minibar was empty, so i would have liked more options without having to leave the room.

the hotel is centrally located allowing for easy walks around the city center. the proximity to tram 28 is useful. it offers convenient access to attractions and neighborhoods.

amazing team helpful staff awesome breakfast
the front desk had an amazing team especially mafalda and sophia. they were always accommodating and helpful. they showed great energy. the breakfast was included and fantastic. it had a good spread with a la carte options.
i noticed a lack of toothbrush. also, the minibar was empty. paper sheets also were missing from the room.

the hotel restaurant served delicious food and the staff were prompt. i noticed that the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and a variety of hot dishes. coffee and tea was always available.

the hotel featured a modern and artsy interior design that i liked. the hotel offerered complimentary wifi access throughout the hotel. a welcome drink was provided upon arrival, which i drank.

the staff provided really good service, especially at the front desk. their assistance in exploring the city was very helpful. the breakfast offered many options and tasted great!
